British Book Challenge 2015: My Sign Up Post

This year I have decided to take part in the British Book Challenge Hosted By: Fluttering Butterflies. I hope to read and review the minimum of 12 books by British Authors in 2015. I have also created a page with a list of these books and future books I may add. Join the challenge by clicking the banner below.
Terror Kid By Benjamin Zephaniah (L) The Hobbit By J.R.R Tolkien (R)

Maggot Moon By Sally Gardner (L) The Double Shadow By Sally Gardner (R)

The Oathbreakers Shadow (L) And The Shadows Curse (R) By Amy McCulloch

Entangled By Cat Clarke (L) Hexwood By Diana Wynne Jones (R)

The Vanished (L) The Blemished (R) By Sarah Dalton

Northern Lights By Philip Pullman (L) The Unleashed By Sarah Dalton (R)

Out of all 12 books I think the one I am dying to read is The Double Shadow.

  1. Thanks so much for joining this reading challenge, Alan! You've picked some amazing books there. I absolutely adore Northern Lights (and the entire His Dark Materials trilogy) and Cat Clarke. She's definitely a favourite author of mine. As you know, I'm hoping to read some of the books on your list as well. Good luck to both of us :)

    1. Thank you, I am happy to be apart of it! I've heard lots of great things about Cat Clarke but never got around to reading her books so I decided to add it to my challenge. I got some ideas for great books from your Youtube video, which was great. Good luck :)

    2. Of the books you've listed, I've only read The Hobbit, Entangled, and Northern Lights, and sadly, was only a fan of Entangled. I hope you enjoy the other two more than I did, and all the other books you're planning to read! Good luck! :)

    3. I have heard The Hobbit it very slow. I am really interested in reading it though because I seen the movies. Entangled sounds great, I can't wait to read it.

      Thanks :)

  2. What a great list! I'm looking forward to this challenge.
